There’s nothing better to my eye than perfectly spalted, grained or knotty naked wood. It reminds me why I love to work with this medium so much.
These pieces are the truest version of one of a kind that’s it’s possible for me to create, because whilst I could make similar designs, I can never reacreate the individual knots, spalting or interesting grain patterns found here.
